Description:	This class is scheduled from 9:00am-4:00pm. The class fulfills 6 hours of elective Iowa CE. Do you KNOW what you should KNOW to protect your self, your clients and your company . This course will delve into those areas that can cause you the greatest risk potential. Topics include: Managing Risk, Misrepresentation, Nondisclosure, Unauthorized Practice of Law, Disclosure of Environmental Hazards, Agency, Federal Fair Housing Laws, The Americans with Disabilities Act and Antitrust Laws.
