Course Objectives include an increased understanding of the various ethical systems and awareness of the many possible responses to ethical dilemmas; an understanding of the basis and origin of our values as well as the values of others; recognizing that ethical decisions may contradict legal responses and vice versa; the importance of ethical conduct in leadership; the need to accept respnsibility for our own ehtical standards and behavior; and being able to demonstrate a willingness to revise judgement and change behavior when new evidence is presented.
