Class Name: Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices
Description: This course is held in conjunction with the Illinois Association of Realtors. This class is scheduled from 5:30pm-9:30pm.
Course Objectives include an increased understanding of the various ethical systems and awareness of the many possible responses to ethical dilemmas; an understanding of the basis and origin of our values as well as the values of others; recognizing that ethical decisions may contradict legal responses and vice versa; the importance of ethical conduct in leadership; the need to accept responsibility for our own ethical standards and behavior; and being able to demonstrate a willingness to revise judgment and change behavior when new evidence is presented.
