Class Name: Sales Pre-License Course
Description: This class is scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm-9:30pm with the Iowa students attending one Saturday class from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Upon successful completion of this course the student will qualify to apply for the state licensing exam in their individual state, Iowa or Illinois.
The state requirements at this time are at a minimum 45 hours of classroom attendance for Illinois and 60 hours of classroom attendance for Iowa.

Description: This class is scheduled from 9:00am-4:00pm both days.
12 hours of Mandatory Iowa CE for first renewal;
12 hours of Elective CE for subsequent renewals

Course Objectives include an increased understanding of the various ethical systems and awareness of the many possible responses to ethical dilemmas; an understanding of the basis and origin of our values as well as the values of others; recognizing that ethical decisions may contradict legal responses and vice cersa; the importance of ethical comduct in leadership; the need to accept respnsibility for our own ehtical standards and behavior; and being able to demonstrate a willingness to revise judgement and change behavior when new evidence is presented.
