Description: 3 hours of Mandatory Illinois CE (COR1610)
The course will describe the statuary requirements necessary for a real estate office to comply with the Illinois Real Estate Licensing Act of 2000. It will give the sponsoring broker and sales agents an opportunity to verify regulatory compliance regards to managing broker responsibilities, supervision, escrow procedures, company licensure, advertising, brokerage agreements, sales contracts, licensed personal assistants and dual agency and proper record keeping.
