Class Name:	Serving the Senior Market
Description:	This course is approved for 3 hours of Iowa (069- 607) and Illinois (RD976) CE Credit. The class is scheduled from 1:00pm-4:00pm. This class is designed to acquaint the real estate licensee with the specific needs and expectations of the over-55 client and to assist the student in recognizing misconceptions regarding the senior client. The course also reviews some pertinent legislation that applies to serving that client. This course is held in conjunction with the Illinois Association of Realtors.
