WELCOME! The Quad Cities School of Real Estate (Iowa) and the Mel Foster School of Real Estate (Illinois) offer real estate courses to obtain both Broker and Sales licenses for Iowa and Illinois  in class, home study and online as well as continuing education real estate classes to meet the requirements for renewal of your real estate license in Iowa and Illinois. We also provide technology and agent development courses to increase your knowledge and your ability to succeed in the real estate industry.

•Iowa and Illinois Pre-license Sales classes begin October 28, 2008

•Continuing Education courses available throughout the Fall and Winter for both your Iowa and Illinois real estate license renewal as well as Home study education is now available for your Auctioneers license.

•Illinois Licensees: Does your Illinois Sales license expire April 30th of 2009? Make note, you need 12 hours of CE to renew your license. At least 6 hours of Core CE and the remaining elective hours.

•Iowa Licensees: Does your Iowa Real Estate license expire in December 2008? Is this your first renewal?
Let us help you with your renewal requirements:
First renewal - 12 hour Listing Practices; 12 hour Buying Practices; 12 hour Developing Professionalism (Ethics) All must be approved as Mandatory courses

Subsequent Iowa renewals: 8 hours of Mandatory Iowa Law Update; 4 hours of Mandatory Ethics; 24 hours of elective courses

Registration policy -
1. Payment must accompany registration
2. License Law requires participants to be on time and present for all classes
3. Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to class
4. Courses are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment
