Bonnie Sparks-Gray Bonnie Sparks-Gray the Director of Agent and Career Development for Mel Foster Co., Inc. brings to her position over 32 years of real estate experience including President of the Real Estate Brokerage Division of MEL FOSTER CO. INC, a full service brokerage firm serving the entire Quad City region as well as five (5) outlying areas in Iowa and Illinois. Prior to this, she was the owner of BONNIE SPARKS SEMINARS and a master instructor for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage managers as well as a senior instructor of REBAC and the Iowa Association of REALTORS®. Bonnie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa and her Masters degree from the University of Iowa both in Speech Education with an emphasis on interpersonal communication. One key to Bonnie’s high-voltage teaching success is class involvement. Whether as a sought-after instructor for many Associations of REALTORS® presenting continuing education or GRI sessions, as a National Certified Professional Standards Instructor, as an ABR/M senior instructor for the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, or as a prominent national motivational, training and convention speaker, those attending can plan on participating.
